In observance of New Year’s Day, the SEC is closed Friday, December 31, 2021. No filings can be received.
Filings submitted after 5:30 p.m. EST, Thursday, December 30, 2021 will receive a filing date of Monday, January 3, 2022 and will be posted to the public on January 3, 2022.
As with other holiday closings, the following form types will receive a Thursday, December 30, 2021 filing date if filed by 10 p.m. EST on Thursday:
- Section 16 filings (3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, 5, 5/A)
- Filings pursuant to Rule 462B - "MEF" filings
For any filing with a due date of Friday, December 31, 2021, the SEC will move the due date to Monday, January 3, 2022.
