In observance of Christmas Day, the SEC is closed Monday, Dec. 26, 2022. No filings can be received.
Filings submitted after 5:30 p.m. EST, Friday, Dec. 23, 2022, will receive a filing date of Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, and will be posted to the public on Dec. 27, 2022.
As with other holiday closings, the following form types will receive a Friday, Dec. 23, 2022, filing date if filed by 10 p.m. EST on Friday:
- Section 16 filings (3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, 5, 5/A)
- Filings pursuant to Rule 462B - "MEF" filings
For any filing with a due date of Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, the SEC will move the due date to Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022.
